Magnificent small palace located in the center of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in the heart of Seville. Completely renovated house with nine modern apartments equipped to the last detail.
Palacete Molina is accessed through an old wooden door and an iron gate that leads to a private interior patio with a fountain. On the ground floor we have apartments 1, 2 and 3. Going up the staircase or the lift you will reach apartments 4,5 and 6. On the top floor we have apartments 7, 8 and 9. Each one with a small outdoor area equipped with a table and 2 chairs. On the roof we have a washing machine and a dryer for common use for the entire building.
Palacete Molina 9 is a 50m2 two bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated on the top of Palace Molina building. The entrance leads to a large living living area with a kitchen. At the end of the apartment are two bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a double bed of 150cm x 190cm and the bathroom right outside the room. The second bedroom has a double bed of 150cm x 200cm and an en suite bathroom.
Argote de Molina is one of the most beautiful and well-known streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, as it leaves the Cathedral and borders it from behind until it gets lost in the depths of the oldest and most historic area of Seville, the old Jewish quarter.
Close to the property you will find the most typical and traditional bars and restaurants of Seville, where you can enjoy the best tapas. In addition, a few meters away there are also supermarkets, flamenco tablaos and shops.

All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 7 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
- Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.
- Cancellations. Cancelling more than 28 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancellations made less than 28 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.
- Additional information.The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 7 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.
